Update: In the third update to Boomerang’s TV schedule for October, Ben 10: Alien Force is no longer joining the line-up. The original series is returning, however.

Ben Tennyson is returning to Boomerang. The original Ben 10 series returns to weekdays at 5:30pm and 6pm with a late-night showing at 12:30am. The show originally joined Boomerang in December 2010 and had aired non-stop until this July.

Like last year, Boomerang is brining in their ghost- and monster-filled shows to the line-up. Returning are The Funky Phantom, Goober and the Ghost Chasers, What’s New Scooby-Doo?, The 13 Ghosts of Scooby-Doo, the 1990s animated Addams Family and The Munsters all airing weekdays from 2-5:30pm.

There is currently no sign of the live-action Addams Family sitcom which aired last year. Only 26 of the show’s 64 episodes have aired on the network.

Courage the Cowardly Dog also returns to Boomerang airing every night in the 11pm hour, after an hour of the ‘90s Addams Family same-day repeats at 10pm.

Weekends see What’s New Scooby-Doo? replace the original Scooby series in the 10:30am-noon block. Animated Addams Family gets an hour at noon, followed by an hour of Courage at 1pm. Almost Naked Animals also returns to the Boom, airing both Saturday and Sunday in a two-hour block from 5-7pm. The New Scooby-Doo Movies will air weekends at 10pm followed by the aforementioned Courage hour.

With these October additions, several series are being replaced or reduced during the month. Barring any new schedule changes, they will likely return to normal in November.
