Cartoon Network Ratings Highlights for January 2 – 8, 2012
Posted on Tuesday, January 10, 2012 by BryanCartoon Network’s early evening prime time (M-Su, 7-9 p.m.) posted solid gains across all key kid demos—vs. the same time period last year, average kids 6-11 delivery (544,000) increased by 3%, kids 2-11 (804,000) also by 3%, and kids 9-14 (438,000) by 16%. In Total Day, average kids delivery also grew across the board—kids 6-11 (327,000) grew by 9%, kids 2-11 (502,000) by 4% and kids 9-14 (271,000) by 28%. -

Total Day delivery also grew across all kids demos - average kids 6-11 (327,000) by 3%, kids 2-11 (517,000) by 1% and kids 9-14 (270,000) by 23%. -

Compared to the same week in 2010, average kids 6-11 delivery (701,000) grew by 15%, kids 2-11 (989,000) by 11% and kids 9-14 (543,000) by 23%. Similarly, total day delivery also improved across the board: kids 6-11 delivery (347,000) grew by 5%, kids 2-11 (531,000) by 2% and kids 9-14 (266,000) by 16%. -

Monday night ranked once again as the #1 destination on all television for boys 9-14. Adventure Time (8 p.m.) was the #1 telecast of the day among boys 9-14 (up 19% vs. the 2010 time period), and also ranked #1 in its time period among boys 6-11/9-14. Regular Show (8:15 p.m.) and MAD (8:30 p.m.) both ranked #1 in their time periods among boys 6-11/9-14. And Johnny Test (7 p.m.), The Amazing World of Gumball (7:30 p.m.) and MAD (8:45 p.m.) all ranked #1 in their respective time periods among boys 9-14. -
