Nick at Nite has acquired off-network syndication rights to The Goldbergs.
Thirty years ago today, Nickelodeon launched their nighttime block for adults – Nick at Nite. Previously during primetime and overnight hours, Nick would either be “off the air” or would switch over to the Alpha Repertory Television Service (ARTS) from 1981-1985, which became its own network, A&E.
After three nights of horrible ratings, Nick at Nite has already moved to reduce the amount of How I Met Your Mother this week.
Nick at Nite and NickMom’s original live-action sitcom Instant Mom has been renewed for a third season. The Tia Mowry-Hardrict starring sitcom returns with new episodes Thursday, October 2 at 8pm.

Nickelodeon is ending See Dad Run, the Nick at Nite original series, after the third season. The show still has five episodes from season two to air, 13 episodes in season three, plus an hour-long finale added to season three’s slate.
Out of the blue, Nickelodeon has re-acquired the ‘90s sitcom Hangin’ With Mr. Cooper, starring Mark Curry. The series will join Nick@Nite’s programming hours from 6-7am ET/PT every day starting next Monday, January 13.
Nickelodeon has ordered a second season of its hit family comedy for Nick at Nite and NickMom, Instant Mom, it was announced today by Russell Hicks, Nickelodeon’s President of Content Development and Production. In addition, the series, starring Tia Mowry-Hardrict (Tia & Tamera), has also been greenlit for six additional episodes to add to its first season, bringing the season total to 26 episodes.
