The season’s first half-hour episode “Hot to the Touch” also out-paced all kids competition, by double and triple digits ranging between 20% and 353%, and propelled Cartoon Network’s entire Monday night prime time (7-9 p.m.) line-up of animated comedies to #1 on all television among kids 2-11, 6-11 & 9-14, as well as boys 2-11, 6-11 and 9-14. Additionally, Adventure Time attracted more than 2.6 million viewers 2+, up a remarkable 96% vs. the same time period last year.
