But Cat has a plan to help his hungry bro. . . FLEA OR DIE 2A Dog has fleas--BIG surprise--and the cure is to wear a big ol' ugly flea belt. Not exactly Cat's style. Maybe he'll change his mind when he finds out the only other cure is a FLEA BATH. CATDOG FOOD 2B Dog has NO taste, but that doesn't stop him from sparking a humongous food fad--CatDog Food. Now he and Cat have all the fame they can eat. And Cat's about to choke. . . WAR OF THE CATDOG 3A When Cat starts putting labels on everything that belongs to him, Dog gets mad and the war is on. But the pig and Dog are becoming buds.... SQUIRRELDOG 6A The Greaser Dogs are having a blast blasting away at the two-headed CatDog, until a squirrel accidentally gets glued to Cliff's jacket. There's a new postman in town, and he's too smart for Dog to catch. Now Cat's jazzed about getting mail again but Dog's going airmail to Mopesville. SAFETY DOG 14A Realizing he has only one life (in contrast to Cat's nine), Dog becomes ultra safety-conscious. At first, Cat is pleased since he's no longer a victim of Dog's recklessness. But Dog takes things too far, imagining danger in even the most everyday things--a fork, a desk drawer, a can of soda. Cat sees that Dog's obsession is cramping their style and convinces him that having one life means being careful but still having fun. DOG COME HOME 14B Tired of Cat's parental ways, Dog runs away from home. Stretching his body miles and miles away from Cat, Dog finds life on the open road an exciting adventure. Meanwhile, Cat enjoys his time alone, but soon grows to miss Dog. Cat swallows Winslow to go "find" Dog. Winslow pops out of Dog's mouth to find him successful, but homesick city dog. Dog quickly snaps his body back to Cat and leaves Winslow stranded in the faraway city. THE NEW NEIGHBORS 15A Strange neighbors suddenly appear across the street and Dog, obsessed with sci-fi comic books, thinks that they're aliens from outer space. Cat tries to talk Dog out of his fantasy and marches Dog over to the house, where he sees that the "aliens" are two grandmothers, and the "death ray" was the light from their aquarium. Satisfied, Cat and Dog go home and go to sleep, but something unusual occurs in the middle of the night. DEAD WEIGHT 15B After staying up all night, Dog is sound asleep on the day CatDog are to be interviewed for a TV show. Cat fakes his way through the interview, propping Dog up like a ventriloquist's dummy. To make matters worse, Winslow tells Rancid Rabbit that CatDog are experts in fetch, unicycle riding, juggling CHAINSAWS and synchronized swimming. When the show airs, Cat thinks he's going to be a star, but the piece focuses on Dog whose "laid-back" style is better suited for the camera. ALL ABOUT CAT 16A Cat tries out for the musical theater production of "Abe Lincoln: Superstar!" but is surprised when Dog inadvertently lands the lead role while he has to play a donkey. Cat schemes to give Dog a sore throat, and on opening night Cat must take over the lead. At first Cat's frozen with stage fright, but with Dog's coaching he gains confidence. At the end of the show, the crowd roars its approval--but not just for Cat. TRESPASSING 16B Dog discovers that another canine has "trespassed" upon his favorite fire hydrant. Dragging Cat all over town, Dog tries to sniff the varmint out, but the scent leads nowhere. Dog plants himself on the hydrant to catch the perpetrator when he returns. A horrified Cat sees their house on fire, but Dog still won't budge. Firemen arrive at the hydrant to save the CatDog house, and it turns out their Dalmatian puppy is the trespasser. JUST SAY CATDOG SENT YA! 17A Dog is dismayed to learn that his favorite milkbones are banned from Nearburg. Cat gets the idea for a money making scheme--he and Dog sneak the "Farburg Burger Bones" into Nearburg and sell them exclusively (and expensively) at a speakeasy in their basement. Their new business is in trouble when Cat becomes too greedy and Dog starts to eat all the profits. DOG'S STRANGE CONDITION 17B After scarfing down dozens of pecan pies, a pecan tree begins to grow from Dog's head. Dog is humiliated as everyone laughs at him. Cat decides to charge admission to see the "Amazing Tree-Headed Dog" in order to make money to buy the big screen TV he's always wanted. However, right before Dog must face the audience, the antlers recede. In a panic, Cat forces more pies down Dog's mouth--but it's Cat who grows antlers this time. HOME IS WHERE THE DIRT IS 18A CatDog go on a mission to find pesky Gopher, who has ruined Cat's vegetable garden, and stolen Dog's bones from his bone cellar. After digging under the house and through the city, CatDog find the Gopher's lair with the aid of a hi-tech radar device. The standoff begins. Just as the two sides finally work out a treaty, all the tunneling causes the CatDog house to come crashing down into the Gopher's lair. Now Gopher claims the house is his because, according to the treaty, everything underground belongs to him. NEW LEASH ON LIFE 18B Dog's up to his old tricks again, this time chasing an airplane all the way to the airport. Fed up with Dog's behavior, Cat lies and tells Dog there's a leash law. Afraid of going to the pound, Dog becomes like a robot while Cat "walks" him on a leash. Dog's blank expression scares Cat, so he confesses loudly that he made the law up. All of the other "leashed" dogs hear this, rebel against their masters and run free. NEFERKITTY 19A Cat pulls out the dusty tome "Cats Through History" in order to teach Dog about feline royal treatment in ancient Egypt. CatDog read about the Royal Cat (Cat) who is the favored pet of Pharaoh Rancidhotep (Rancid Rabbit). Royal Cat mercilessly orders Slave Dog (Dog) and the Egyptian Slaves (Greaser Dogs, Dunglap, Mervis) around. However, the Royal Cat gets what's coming to him when he's buried in a tomb along with the Pharoah's other "possessions." CURIOSITY ALMOST KILLED THE CAT 19B Winslow catches Cat in the act of reading Dog's diary, and blackmails Cat into being his servant. Winslow makes Cat cook for him, feed him, massage him, fan him with a palm leaf, move his barbells up to the attic and wash his stinky laundry (and he likes his dainties handwashed). Moreover, he makes Cat call him "Master Winslow," "Sir" and "Your Highness." Finally Cat can't take it anymore, so he breaks down and confesses to Dog. Dog feels betrayed and, taking a tip from Winslow, makes Cat his servant too. SMARTER THAN THE AVERAGE DOG 20A Frustrated Cat buys Dog educational videos to smarten him up. But when he watches them over and over again on fast forward, Dog's brain swells to an enormous size. Dog's brilliance comes at the expense of Cat, who's brain cells are shrinking as Dog's grow. The moronic Cat accidentally blasts CatDog into space in Dog's new homemade rocket. Once in space, Cat and Dog fight over the brain and, ultimately, how to get back to Earth. CATDOG DOESN'T LIVE HERE ANYMORE 20B Winslow wakes up one morning to find CatDog have left their home, so he throws a "good riddance CatDog" party with the Greasers, Eddie the Squirrel and the Gopher. The revelers reminisce about all the good times they had harassing CatDog, then realize that they actually miss them. Dog, dragging Cat, angers The Greasers, Mervis and Mr. Sunshine, who, in turn, chase CatDog to the ends of the continent. Bruised and battered, Cat finally calls in and claims his prize, which happens to be hundreds of fetch balls. THE LADY IS A SHRIEK 22A In an effort to get Dog to notice her, Greaser Dog Shriek goes to Randolph's Charm School and House of Beauty, where the suave Randolph tutors her in girlie manners and puts her through a car wash-type beautifying machine. The new Shriek shows up at CatDog's barbecue, but Dog still barely notices her. Without knowing her true identity, Cat, Winslow, Mr. Sunshine and Rancid flirt with her! Shriek reveals who she is, and everyone at the party faints, including Dog, who never even knew that she was a girl. DOG THE MIGHTY 22B Dog inadvertently saves Mayor Rancid Rabbit from being crushed by the world's largest hamburger. Taking his "hero" bit too far, Dog dons a cape and a mask and becomes Dog the Mighty. He gives himself a catchphrase ("I smell trouble!") drives a Dog-the-Mighty-Mobile (a soapbox racer with a sidecar) and even turns the basement into the Fortress of Doggitude! Cat thinks Dog is acting ridiculous, until Dog the Mighty becomes a real hero by saving trapped workers in a bubble gum factory. HAIL THE GREAT MEOW-WOOF 23A Dog grabs on to his homemade kite as it flies away, dragging Cat with him. The kite sails over the ocean and lands on a remote tropical island. Just before Rancid can turn them into coconut dust, CatDog manage to escape by grabbing onto their kite again. BATTLE OF THE BANDS 23B CatDog form a rock band in order to compete in the Nearburg Battle of the Bands. Cat wastes his time creating a cool rock star "look," and practicing signing autographs. Dog practices on his homemade drum set, but plays so loud, he drowns everyone out, including Cat. On the day of the competition, the crowd boos CatDog's band off the stage, until the Greasers arrive, thinking it's a real "battle." CatDog and the Greasers break their instruments and throw each other around the stage, making some good ‘ol crowd pleasin' rock and roll. ADVENTURES IN GREASER SITTING 24A Cliff the Greaser Dog leaves his baby niece in Cat's care. The terrible toddler destroys the CatDog house, then wanders off while Cat's not looking. When Lube returns to pick up the baby, a panicked Cat throws Winslow in the stroller as a substitute. Lube takes the "baby" home, where he pampers him to excess. CatDog desperately search for the Greaser toddler, finally finding her hanging out with a gang of other tough toddlers. Finally, Cat gets a hold of the baby and makes the switch with Winslow, who is enjoying all the pampering so much he doesn't want to leave. THE CAT CLUB/CAT DIGGETY DOG 24B THE CAT CLUB: Cat joins a "Cats Only" club. At the first meeting, Dog dresses up like a cat. For obvious reasons, Dog does not take a liking to the fish hors d'oevres, milk bar and litterbox play area. However, the uniforms catch Dog's eye. Dog even feels like he belongs until the members start chanting "No more dogs!" and express their desire to eliminate dogs and anyone who associates with dogs! CatDog is unmasked, and the crowd turns on them. CatDog eventually escape and vow never to join a club just because they have cool uniforms again. With only one life left, Cat puts on a bicycle helmet, knee pads and a catcher's chest protector and goes out with Dog to round up the pesky varmints. CatDog corner them all in the fish market tower, and Dog uses his specially formulated neat-o vacuum to suck up the lives and put them back where they belong. The climbing competition goes back and forth, with Cat and Mindy taking turns in the lead. But near the snow-covered peak, Cat breaks down as Mindy zips past him. At his emotional and physical end, Cat has a vision--the Wise Guy of the Mountain--who inspires him to race to the top. But it turns out they were never really separated in the first place: It was all "illusion." FRED THE FLYING FISH 26B CatDog set out to find the legendary Fred the Flying Fish. After flying miles though the deep woods, they stumble upon the gentle giant and take him home. To Dog's dismay, Cat sells Fred to Rancid Rabbit for a big wad of cash. When Dog finds out that Rancid Rabbit keeps Fred in chains and exhibits him to the public as a freak, CatDog break Fred free. But Fred eats Rancid and all of Cat's money and flies away. At the dance, Dog goes crazy eating the food, the walls, even the band. CatDog is awarded first prize for the most original dance, but Dog eats the trophy. THE UNNATURAL 28A While playing sandlot baseball, Dog is a superstar, but Cat is humiliated. Dog tries to cheer up Cat with the story of Murray "The Mule" Marconi, who played badly as a kid, but ended up in the Sandlot Baseball Hall of Fame. Cat has a different idea: He'll wear a "Dog" mask and Dog'll wear a "Cat" mask. The plan works for a time, but when Cat, out of pride, tears off the mask at one point to prove he can do it himself, he strikes out. "The Mule" shows up in person and tells Cat that he should take up bowling. THE CANINE MUTINY 28B While searching in the garbage for Cat's favorite spork, CatDog, Mervis, and Mr. Sunshine become stranded in a runaway dumpster which floats "out to sea." Cat immediately appoints himself "Captain" of the "ship" and bellows orders to his motley "crew." The crew doesn't like his style, and there's a mutiny. In retaliation, Cat makes them "walk the plank." But when the mist clears, the "seafarers" learn that they've just been floating in circles around a city fountain. DEM BONES 29A Cat drags Dog to the Natural History museum, where Dog salivates over the all the bones in a dinosaur skeleton exhibit. That night, a sleepwalking Dog steals the entire T. Just as Cat is about to make his final putt, the posse corners CatDog, but Dog sneakily putts the ball in the cup, making Cat the new course champion. SNEEZIE DOG 30B Dog gets a serious case of the sneezes and Doctor Rancid Rabbit diagnoses Dog's "Achoos" as an allergy to Cat. Cat, Dog, and a gleefully bemused Winslow try various remedies: vacuuming Cat's fur, blowing air at Cat with a wind machine, and the most humiliating of all, shaving Cat. Unfortunately, Dog is still sneezing, so they build a brick wall in between them. The brick wall falls down because of Dog's continued sneezing, and then Cat realizes Dog is allergic to Winslow. SURFING CATDOG 31A Cat poses as an ace surfer to woo a pretty Surfer Girl, who promises to be his queen if he can surf the "big" wave. Because of his dislike for the water, Cat puts on an elaborate wet suit, and CatDog paddles out to the pipeline. The wet suit falls off, and Cat panics. However, Cat finds a mystical sense of calm in the middle of the "tube," and he and Dog ride the wave into shore. CatDog become Kings of the Beach--but then Surfer Girl and everyone else move to New Zealand to catch the next big wave. GUESS WHO'S GOING TO BE DINNER 31B To Cat's dismay, Dog follows his instincts and chases a dragonfly all over the house. Cat tries to prove his mastery over his instincts by picking up Winslow and giving him a lick. But Cat's primordial urge to chase mice becomes activated, and he chases Winslow all over the house, trashing it in the process. Finally, Cat corners Winslow, pops him into his mouth, and gets a good taste. IT'S A WONDERFUL HALF LIFE 32A Fed up with each other, Cat and Dog dream that they are separate creatures who have never met. IT'S A JUNGLE IN HERE 33B Cat meticulously cleans the house in preparation for a visit from Sally, a second grade girlfriend who dissed him because he was too "disorderly." Dog, meanwhile, pours a whole bag of "Gro Man Gro" fertilizer on Cat's prized hallway lawn, turning the house into a jungle.
