“Zak Storm: Super Pirate” coming to Discovery Family

French CG-animated series Zak Storm: Super Pirate, from the same people who work on Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug & Cat Noir, is coming to Discovery Family channel this September.
Zak Storm: Super Pirate will premiere with back-to-back episodes on Saturday, September 16 at 9:00 a.m. ET with addition premieres airing Saturdays at 9:00 a.m. ET.

ZAK STORM follows the adventures of Zak Storm – a headstrong and adventurous kid swept into the Bermuda Triangle while trying to win a surfing competition. Once inside, Zak partners up with a magical sword that allows him to transform into a swashbuckling, renegade hero to face the numerous perils of the unique and diverse Seven Seas of the Triangle. Young Zak sails the Triangle’s seven mysterious seas with an extraordinarily ship and crew comprised of an enchanted talking sword, an Atlantean headstrong female first mate, a thickheaded heavy-fisted Viking, a neurotic space traveler and a poltergeist prankster kid!

Zak is taken into the Seven Seas of the Triangle where he meets Clovis, the Chaos and Bones.

Zak meets the rest of his crew in the Seven Seas of the Triangle and escapes from Bones.
• Morlock the Unstoppable premieres Saturday, September 23 at 9a/8c
Zak and his crew are under attack! Golden Bones brings Skullivar the last piece of an ancient artifact — The Morlock Armor. When put together, the armor comes to life in an unstoppable force of destruction directly controlled by Skullivar.
• Witch Overboard premieres Saturday, September 30 at 9a/8c
