Starting Monday, September 29, Nicktoons is making significant changes to their line-up. Weekday mornings get shuffled with the addition of The Legend of Korra repeats. Weekday morning and afternoons also see two five-episode marathon stacks, which includes a Friday stack of returning Danny Phantom. The primetime/late-night marathon stacks are updated. Overnights see the addition of Sanjay and Craig and Breadwinners. Lastly, three Nicktoon classics: Making Fiends, Invader ZIM and El Tigre return to the schedule on Sunday afternoons.

Leaving the line-up completely is The Penguins of Madagascar.
