Yesterday, Nicktoons launched their first overall rebrand since September 28, 2009 (when all the Nick networks launched new logos and the digitals renamed).
The rebrand includes a new color for the “toons” part of the logo, new backgrounds, new fonts, new voiceovers and a whole new set of bumpers specifically created for Nicktoons. The “Action to the Maxtion” ones are fun. Overall the look is flashy and in your face; however, it’s not bad at all. It was certainly needed after four and a half years with the old ones. Also, Nicktoons has pushed the end credits to the last half-minute of a program, smushed at the bottom of the screen (just like Nickelodeon and TeenNick do).
