With the arctic cold air sweeping much of the United States over the past few days and with much of the country experiencing extreme cold temperatures tonight and tomorrow, many schools are choosing to delay or cancel classes. And for kids television networks, it’s a prime opportunity to capture the eyes of those kids stuck at home.

As such, Disney Channel has already announced schedule changes for tomorrow and Wednesday. Disney Junior programming will be cut to 6-9am followed by movies during the morning and afternoon.

On Tuesday, movies Mulan, Mulan II, Wendy Wu: Homecoming Warrior and College Road Trip will air from 9am-3:15pm. Wednesday will see Hercules at 9am, Disney Channel Original Movie classic Up, Up and Away at 10:40am, Minutemen at 12:10pm and Geek Charming at 1:55pm.

The Disney Junior portion of the line-up for both days has Mickey Mouse Clubhouse from 6-7:30am followed by single showings of Jake and the Never Land Pirates, Doc McStuffins and Sofia the First from 7:30-9.

Disney XD will also alter their morning line-up both days. Extra episodes of shows like Jessie, Kickin’ It, Lab Rats and Mighty Med will fill in for normal programming between 8am and 1pm.

It’s currently unknown if these changes will continue past Wednesday.
