“Samurai Jack” Joins Toonami After “FLCL” Ends

Great news! Jason DeMarco (the head of Toonami), via a Toonami Faithful podcast has announced that the critically-acclaimed Samurai Jack will be joining the Toonami lineup starting next year. No time or day has been set in stone yet, but it will come after Fooly Cooly (FLCL)’s current run.
Don’t fret FLCL fans, Jason said that FLCL shall return eventually.
A good question arises from this move – will Samurai Jack be removed from Boomerang? The show has been airing on the block for a long while now, so it’d be surprising to see the show dropped from the Boomerang lineup.
