After only airing three new episodes on Nickelodeon, Digimon Fusion will shift over to Nick’s digital animation net Nicktoons starting this Sunday, October 13. The first three episodes will repeat from 10-11:30am followed by a brand-new episode at 11:30am. The Saban Brands-series will continue to air new episodes every Sunday at 11:30am (ET).
And following a trend of Nickelodeon original series that have failed to attract enough of an audience on the main network (or ones that Nick sits on for years before burning them off), T.U.F.F. Puppy will now have premiere episodes air on Nicktoons. The series will air new episodes Sundays at 11am (ET) starting October 20.
T.U.F.F. Puppy premiered in October 2010 on Nickelodeon and has so far aired 35 of its 60 episodes. The last set of premiere episodes to air on main Nick was for a week in August. Before that, the show last had premieres last October.
Nicktoons has been the “burn off” location for past Nicktoons, including Planet Sheen, Back at the Barnyard, The Mighty B! and even oldies like Invader ZIM and CatDog (the last of which STILL has two unaired episodes in the States).
