Disney Channel is making a few significant changes to their line-up this fall. Disney’s new September schedule takes effect Tuesday, September 3rd, but like many networks, they have a “changes every week” method for much of their line-up (which has been the case for a while now).

However, the notable changes to the line-up include:

• The Disney Junior block is being cutdown on weekdays to 8am-1pm. The block typically aired from 6am-2pm in non-summer months, making this the first major cut for the block in years.
• Disney Channel’s live-action series will join a Phineas and Ferb airing now on weekday mornings from 6-8am. The extra afternoon hour of Disney Channel programming will include encores of the previous night’s movie and/or marathons from 1-3pm.
• Henry Hugglemonster, which has only aired on Disney Junior: The Channel, will join the block on Disney Channel (weekdays at 10:30am and weekends at 6:30am).
• Dog With A Blog will launch their second season on a new night and time. Season two will premiere Friday, September 20 at 8:30pm.

Again, Disney Channel uses a “change by the week” method to their schedule so the below list is on a very generic version.
