Nickelodeon has scheduled repeats of hour-long specials for Jimmy Neutron and Zoey 101 this weekend. The first Neutron hour-longer “The Eggpire Strikes Back” is on the schedule to air Saturday at 3pm and the second Zoey hour-long special “The Curse of PCA” is on for Sunday at 1:30pm (both ET/PT). As always, Nickelodeon’s schedule deserves extra special notice for possibly changing at the very last minute with little to no warning.

The last time the “Eggpire” special was on the main Nick network was August 20, 2008 (it originally premiered in April 2003). “The Curse of PCA” was last seen on the marquee net on October 26, 2008 (it originally premiered in October 2007) and was only aired on Nick a handful of times (it has since aired on TeenNick).

EDIT: Yup, as expected, Nick’s last minute changes have Backyardigans off the schedule. Also returning to Nickelodeon is The Backyardigans. The preschool series will return with new-to-Nick episodes next Tuesday-Friday at 9am. That bumps the Max & Ruby hour up to an 8am start time, shortening the morning SpongeBob block to 1-hour.
