Deadline.com reports that Nick at Nite has picked up their second sitcom this year – Wendell and Vinnie – for 20 episodes. The series stars Jerry Trainor from iCarly as a “goofball uncle who becomes the guardian to his buttoned-up 12-year-old nephew Wendell.” Wendell is played by Buddy Handleson (Shake It Up).

Nick at Nite picked up their first sitcom this year with Daddy’s Home starring Scott Baio.
