With the important message that it’s never too soon to learn the importance of “investing in yourself,” The Hub TV network, a destination for kids and their families, will present a series of four animated original specials, “Secret Millionaires Club,” featuring famed investor Warren Buffett. The first of the half-hour specials premieres Sunday, October 23 (1 p.m. ET).

Cartoon Network Celebrates Halloween All Month Long with Spooky Specials and Creepy Comedies

Cartoon Network is full of ghoulish goods this October with a line-up of frightfully fun new episodes and specials themed around everyone’s favorite haunted holiday. The entire month will feature premieres of Halloween-inspired episodes, original movies and many spooky specials that will be sure to satisfy this year’s Halloween craving. “Fort Boyard: Ultimate Challenge” Premieres October 17 on Disney XD

Geno Segers (Disney XD’s “Pair of Kings”) and popular British television presenter Laura Hamilton (“Dancing On Ice”) host an exciting competition requiring brainpower, courage and teamwork, “Fort Boyard – Ultimate Challenge,” a 10-part series premiering MONDAY, OCTOBER 17 (8:30-9:00 p.m., ET/PT), with a thrilling finale MONDAY, NOVEMBER 7 (8:00-9:00 p.m., ET/PT) on Disney XD.

Nickelodeon Celebrates Worldwide Day of Play on September 24

On Saturday, Sept. 24, Nickelodeon will bring for the first time its flagship Worldwide Day of Play (WWDOP) event to the Ellipse in Washington, D.C., for the biggest celebration of active play in the eight-year history of the initiative. Fifty partner organizations, “Let’s Move” and the President’s Council on Fitness, Sports and Nutrition will join with Nickelodeon to host an entire day of physical activities and games for kids and their families to encourage active and healthy lifestyles. Additionally, as it has for the past seven years to commemorate WWDOP, Nickelodeon’s networks and websites will go dark from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. (all times ET/PT) as a signal to kids and families to get up and get active. In D.C., activities will begin at 10 a.m.
