The newest Nickelodeon series, The Troop, premieres tomorrow night at 8 p.m. ET on Nick. The series was previewed with the third produced episode last Saturday night to an audience of 3.487 million viewers. That alone is about the same ratings True Jackson, VP receives airing after iCarly, but the new iCarly episode before the preview scored 7.564 million viewers. So, how will The Troop’s 90 minute premiere tomorrow night go? We’ll find out next Tuesday!

About the show:
The Troop is an original, live-action series that blends comedy with sci-fi adventures and CG animation. The series centers on three ordinary high school students who are members of a secret society faced with the extraordinary task of managing their town’s paranormal population. The Troop follows Jake (Nick Purcell), a typical teenager struggling through adolescence with dreams of creating his own comic book. When school counselor Mr. Stockley (John Marshall Jones) reveals to Jake that he aced a secret test embedded in his aptitude exam, Jake jumps at the chance to join The Troop – a centuries-old, international secret society that protects the world from the supernatural beings that walk among us. With the smart, athletic and popular Hayley (Gage Golightly) as his teammate, Jake quickly discovers no mission is impossible — and even finds camaraderie with otherwise annoying, paranormal expert Felix (David Del Rio). Although everyone at school and in their community believes that they are just average kids, no day is boring for The Troop, as the trio are actually battling (or in some cases befriending) a wide array of creatures on a daily basis.

#104 “Forest Grump” (8:00 p.m.)
A Dryad (tree monster) poses as a student in order to wreak havoc on the student council. Felix must protect the student council president, a boy who wronged him in the past.

#102 “There Is No ‘I’ in Monster Hunter” (8:30 p.m.)
Jake learns the value of working as a team. After Hayley is mean-girled, she learns that although she wants to be loved by everyone, it’s okay if she’s not.

#101 “Welcome to the Jungle” (9:00 p.m.)
The Troop must initiate its newest member, Jake, into its secret organization. Jake’s nasty neighbors get turned to stone by monster.
