Powered by the premiere of theatrical “Spy Kids 3D: Game Over” and several highly rated episodes of hit live-action original seriesHannah Montana,” Friday, June 22 now rates as Disney Channel’s most-watched day on record in Total Day in Total Viewers (2.5 million),  Kids 6-11 (1.1 million/4.3 rating) and Tweens 9-14 (1.0 million/4.2 rating).

  • Disney Channel finished as Friday’s No. 1 TV network (broadcast and basic cable) in Kids 6-11 (1.1 million/4.3 rating) and Tweens 9-14 (1.0 million/4.2 rating), surpassing runner-up Nick by a massive 53% and 121%, respectively.  In Total Viewers (2.5 million), Disney Channel ranked as Friday’s most-watched basic cable network in Total Day.
  • For the entire day, led by “Spy Kids 3D: Game Over,” Disney Channel was home to Friday’s Top 20 telecasts in both Kids 6-11 and Tweens 9-14, and 15 of the Top 20 in Total Viewers.

The premiere of theatrical “Spy Kids 3D: Game Over” stood as TV’s top-rated telecast for the entire day in Kids 6-11 (1.9 million/7.9 rating) and Tweens 9-14 (1.8 million/7.3 rating), and basic cable’s most-watched in Total Viewers (4.8 million).

  • “Spy Kids 3D: Game Over” now rates as 2Q07’s most-watched basic cable movie in Total Viewers (4.8 million) and Kids 6-11 (1.9 million/7.9 rating), and the second-most-watched in Tweens 9-14 (1.8 million/7.3 rating).
  • Spy Kids 3D: Game Over” crushed its competition, surpassing closest competitor Nick by more than double in Kids 6-11 (1.9 million/7.9 rating vs. 835,000/3.4 rating) and by almost triple in Tweens 9-14 (1.8 million/7.3 rating vs. 649,000/2.6 rating).
  • In Total Viewers, “Spy Kids 3D: Game Over” (4.8 million) more than doubled the delivery of its nearest competitor, Cartoon Network, which featured the channel debut of theatrical “School of Rock” (2.2 million).
  • “Spy Kids 3D: Game Over” trounced year-ago time period levels (6/23/06), increasing by 71% in Total Viewers (4.8 million vs. 2.8 million), by 58% in Kids 6-11 (1.9 million/7.9 rating vs. 1.2 million/5.1 rating) and by 64% in Tweens 9-14 (1.8 million/7.3 rating vs. 1.1 million/4.3 rating).
